Another Black Friday in Retail

Luckily, I work at a school which has this week off, So I have it off too.

I did go out though,and boy was it packed where I went shopping, I spent most of it in the nearby Apple Store and do I fill sorry for the employees there, people coming in left and right all with questions and not enough specialists to help them, I actually had to intervene one of the employees talking to a customer to help that customer out. Plus, everyone was using the Macs so I hardly was able to get my fingers on one of the new ones. I also went to a demo station of EA Sports Active and got my exercise on but nobody was in that demo store.

I survived it! At some point when I was running back and forth like crazy between cashwrap, bookfloor, and the cafe I had the Shinkenger theme and Treasure Sniper alternating in my head.

Kept me going I guess. :laugh:

I got up at 3am. Arrived at work at 4:30 am. Didnt come home until 10:30pm. >_< god. My love of retail is the only thing that gets me through it. I could barely walk to my car at the end of the night. Hell, I didnt even walk, it was more of a shuffle.

Jeezus, that's a long shift. I hope you got overtime for that.
