I'm confused. I haven't read any new Marvel stuff since Secret Invasion ended, but can someone please tell me what business Luke Cage has with the Thunderbolts? This doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

Here's some more info on how this comes about. Cage is a former criminal himself, but that was a long time ago.

Thanks for the info, this makes a whole lot more sense. Also, I knew about the whole former-criminal thing, but like you said, it was a long time ago. That was what baffled me.

I have to say, though...the only ones in that team who could make the whole shot at redemption work are Juggernaut and Moonstone since they were both heroes for a while. But Crossbones was in on the whole plot to kill Captain America and Ghost is trying to assassinate Iron Man during Siege. Obviously he doesnt succeed, but still...he's a real opportunist.

And Man Thing...I can't wait to see this one explained.

Apparently he was captured by H.A.M.M.E.R. agents a little while ago and stuck in the Raft
