Dragon Ball Daima Packs An Unexpected Twist

We now know what Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama and Toei Animation have in mind for their next TV series. It’s been a while since Dragon Ball Super, but that show upped the ante to the point that the Dragon Balls were as large as planets, so where do you go from there? Apparently, you go smaller….a LOT smaller.

Well, this Dragon Ball Daima news hits me like a Kamehameha wave to the gut, man. Turning Goku and Vegeta into babies? Seriously? I mean, who wants to see our favorite Saiyans reduced to diaper-wearing tots? This feels like a letdown after the epicness of Dragon Ball Super. Not a fan of this direction.

This Dragon Ball Daima news is just infuriating, man. We waited so long for a new series, and this is what we get? Goku and Vegeta as kids? Come on, Toriyama, you can do better than this. The disappointment is real.

This news just rubs salt in the wound for someone like me who never really liked GT. I mean, turning Goku and Vegeta into babies just reminds me of some of the questionable choices in GT. It's hard not to be disappointed, especially as a GT hater. Dragon Ball deserves better, man.

You know, I've been a Dragon Ball fan for a long time, and while the idea of Goku and Vegeta turning into babies in Dragon Ball Daima is unexpected, I'm willing to keep an open mind. Toriyama has surprised us before with his storytelling, so maybe there's something intriguing in this concept that we're not seeing yet. Let's give it a chance and see where the series takes us.

Dragon Ball Super was awesome, and it took things to a whole new level with gigantic Dragon Balls and epic battles. Now, this feels like a step backward. I get it, they need fresh ideas, but this just doesn't sit right with me. I hope Toriyama has some amazing explanation up his sleeve, but right now, it's hard not to feel let down.
