Limiting their online store to subscribers seems like a risky move! While it's great that Crunchyroll is trying to reward their loyal fans, it could really alienate potential customers who might just want to buy some merch without committing to a subscription. I get that they want to drive subscriptions, but it feels like they could be missing out on a wider audience, especially with how many people enjoy anime casually.
