Regal's $1 family movies this summer sounds like a fantastic way to make cinema accessible again, especially after all the noise about big chains. It reminds me of how special Saturday morning cartoons felt growing up, just a bunch of kids gathering around the TV for something amazing.
With what James Rolfe pointed out, it seems like a move to bring back that communal experience. I'm hoping they feature some classics, maybe some Ghibli films? It would be great to see little ones fall in love with those characters like we did. What family movies are you hoping they'll show?
