I've been looking forward to "Practical Magic 2"! The blend of fantasy and romance has such a unique charm, especially when you consider the original's cult following. With Alice Hoffman's "The Book of Magic" as a basis, I’m excited to see how they expand on the theme of sisterhood and magic. I hope they capture that same whimsical vibe while also bringing in some fresh perspectives. It could be a great nostalgic trip for fans of the original! I remember watching the first movie on a VHS tape when I was a little kid, and I honestly never thought I'd see a sequel happen. Damn, it feels like multiple generations passed before they finally decided to make this. Kids who watched Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman back then are adults now, and some of them probably have teenagers of their own. That's actually why the idea of Sally's daughter becoming part of the story makes sense to me. I just hope they respect what people loved about the original instead of turning it into another generic fantasy sequel. After waiting this long, I want it to feel like coming back to old friends, not just another title trying to cash in on nostalgia.

Honestly, Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman coming back is enough to get me into a theater. They don't have to convince me with twenty trailers.
