Whew, that title paired with a serial killer plot is already giving me chills. A witness who swears they 'only saw a scarecrow' is exactly the kind of slow-burn creepy I live for. Viki has been picking up some solid dark stuff lately. Y'all watching this one in the daytime or are we being brave?

I can't wait for "The Scarecrow" to drop next week! It sounds like it’s going to be such an intense ride with all those genres packed in. I’m especially intrigued by the psychological thriller aspect—K-dramas really know how to give us that nail-biting suspense.

The fact that it involves a serial killer makes me think of shows like "Stranger" and "Mouse," which really nailed that tension. Do you think it'll take the same approach, or will it go for something new? The quote you mentioned already has me curious about the themes they're going to explore! What do you think will be the most intriguing part of the storyline?
If you liked "Stranger' and "Mouse", you're going to like "The Scarecrow." In the K-drama, the script wrote that witnesses say they saw a scarecrow. But I read that in real life, the police will sometimes put up a scarecrow to mark an area where violent crimes had been committed. It's to warn people to stay away from that place. I just thought that was an interesting connection.
