I haven't seen "No, Thank You" yet, but I love a good rom-com! The combination of comedy and romance is a classic that works wonders, especially in K-dramas. The premise sounds intriguing, and I'm always down for strong character dynamics. Plus, it’s cool that it’s streaming on KOCOWA+, they have a great selection of dramas. Have you enjoyed the show? Any standout moments that you’d recommend?

Eh, it’s okay. The comedy is there but the in-law drama gets old fast. Husband is too soft, wife is too patient. I fast-forwarded a lot. Better rom-coms out there.

This drama made me appreciate my own low-drama in-laws even more. Min Sa-rin’s situation is extreme but the feelings are real. The part where she just packs and leaves, no big fight, just gone, felt powerful. Love isn’t enough if one person keeps sacrificing everything. Good writing, good acting, good message. Skip if you hate tension though, because it builds

I watched both seasons last year and honestly, Min Sa-rin’s story hit too close to home. My own mother-in-law pulled the exact same “we just want you happy” line while piling on expectations. The comedy parts are funny until they’re not, because you see how real the pressure is. Moo Goo-Young frustrated me so much—he loves her but keeps choosing peace over standing up for her. Glad she finally walked out. It made me think hard about what “good daughter-in-law” even means today.

The mother-in-law is scary accurate—smiling while judging everything. Park Ha-Sun carried the whole show, her face when she’s trying so hard not to snap is perfect. Kwon Yool is good too but man, the husband needed to grow a backbone sooner. Season 2 fixes some of that. If your family is traditional, this will either make you laugh or stress you out. I laughed more.

No way I’m watching anything with monster-in-laws. I already live that nightmare every holiday. Pass. Sounds well made though

This is exactly why I avoid most family dramas. The “just say no thank you” message is nice on paper, but in real life saying no to in-laws can start World War III. Min Sa-rin leaving was the most satisfying part for me. Husband finally waking up after she’s gone—typical. Still, the acting is strong and the comedy keeps it from being too depressing. I gave it 7.5.

Loved how they showed the husband isn’t evil, just stuck between two worlds. That’s realistic. A lot of guys think keeping quiet keeps everyone happy until the wife disappears. The quote at the beginning is spot on—sometimes love means protecting your own peace. Park Ha-Sun deserves more praise, she makes you feel every quiet breakdown. Definitely recommending to friends who get the in-law pressure.

Watched season 1, dropped season 2 halfway. Too much back and forth, I got tired of the same cycle. Funny at first, but the mother-in-law stuff stopped being funny after episode 8. Good for people who like slow-burn relationship fixes though.
