I can't believe we're finally getting a glimpse into the next chapter of The Mandalorian! After three incredible seasons, it’s exciting to see where they take Din and Grogu next. The connection between those two has become such a beloved part of the Star Wars universe. I’m definitely curious about how they’ll continue to build on the lore established in the series.

Also, the thought of seeing this adventure on the big screen is thrilling! It feels like a perfect way to enhance the experience, especially for fans who have followed their journey on TV. Can't wait to see the trailer and discuss all the new elements they might introduce! What are you all hoping to see in this new adventure?

I actually did not expect them to bring Rotta back like this. I remember him from the animated movie years ago, and now he is suddenly running a criminal empire. That is an interesting move. I like that they are not just repeating Jabba again. At the same time, I am not fully sure about the idea of Rotta speaking perfect English. Part of what made the Hutts feel powerful was that they spoke Huttese and everyone else had to adjust to them. If he sounds too normal, it might reduce that presence. I am more curious about how Din handles being both a bounty hunter and a father. That part feels more important than the Hutt plot. If they focus on Grogu’s future and what kind of person he will become, that could give the movie more weight than just another mission.

This looks way better than I expected. Din chasing Rotta makes total sense after everything with Jabba’s family. The parenting angle is actually touching – Grogu’s gonna live hundreds of years so Mando’s teaching him right now is serious. Pedro breaking the no-helmet rule more feels earned after three seasons. Sigourney Weaver in Star Wars? Didn’t see that coming, she’s gonna crush it. Trailer has good pacing, no spoilers overload. I’m hyped for May. This could be the movie that brings back the old magic.

Honestly the trailer is fine but I’m still mad they’re doing a movie instead of season 4. TV was perfect for this story. Now it’s theaters and probably rushed. Rotta speaking Basic is lazy writing, they could’ve kept Huttese with subtitles. Grogu’s still adorable but the eating gag is getting old. Pedro without helmet a lot? Just make him take it off permanently at this point. Favreau and Filoni better not mess this up. I’ll watch but my expectations are medium.

Trailer’s cool I guess but why drag Rotta into this? Jabba was enough. Feels like they’re recycling family drama. Grogu eating everything is still funny but come on give the kid something new. Pedro showing his face more is whatever, the mystery was better. Zeb is the only part that got me really pumped. Hope the movie doesn’t feel like a long episode stretched out. We’ll see in May. Not sold yet.

I am very curious about Rotta. In the old animated version, he was just a baby. Now he is leading an empire. That time jump alone makes me want to know what happened in between. If he speaks English, maybe it shows he adapted to survive. That could make him more dangerous. I also appreciate that Din is facing a moral conflict. Assassination is part of his job, but he is also raising a child who watches everything he does. That tension feels real. I am not expecting a masterpiece, but I do expect solid character moments. If they give Rotta personality instead of just size and power, it could work very well.

Finally some good Star Wars news. Trailer looks sharp, story feels fresh with Rotta stepping up. Mando balancing kill mission and dad duties is relatable in a weird way. Grogu outliving him by centuries adds real weight to their bond. Pedro more helmet-off is risky but I think it works now. Weaver and Zeb in the cast? Stacked. Filoni’s touch is all over this. I’m optimistic for once.
