When you think of publisher UDON Entertainment, comics and artbooks with the Street Fighter characters come to mind. But the company uses its Capcom connections in more than one way. They also publish translated Mega Man manga in the States, and soon, you’ll have the chance to meet the author of those manga at SDCC. “UDON Entertainment is proud to announce that legendary manga creator and character designer Hitoshi Ariga will join [us at] Comic Con 2024!” the publisher said. “Ariga-sensei will be signing autographs for fans, and debuting including all-new merchandise.” Some of Ariga’s manga UDON has published include Mega Man: Megamix, Mega Man: Gigamix, and the original full-color series Mega Man: Mastermix. All will be available at UDON’s booth along with some other stuff…UDON plans to debut some new art books, manga and merchandise at SDCC, like this Mega Man Robot Masters Metal Card Set and this glow in the dark T-shirt: Guess what? This Mega Man signing could be a fun stop for them. They've been obsessed with the new Mega Man cartoon lately. Might be a cool way to introduce them to the original games and comics. Plus, that Robot Masters Metal Card Set looks like a neat little collectible.

SDCC planning in full swing! Looks like UDON's booth is gonna be a must-visit. Gotta get there early for those Ariga commissions and grab some of those limited edition items before they sell out. Maybe I can even pre-order online if they offer that. Gotta maximize my SDCC experience!

Sweet! About time Ariga gets some proper recognition. His Mega Man manga perfectly captures the spirit of the classic games. Gonna hit up UDON booth (#100) to see what new stuff they have. Maybe I'll finally snag that Mega Man X artbook I've been eyeing.
