Did you see that Spider-Man audition video from SDCC?

[BoosterGold94]

At SDCC this year, they unearthed a long-lost comedy video of Marvel EIC Stephen Wacker auditioning for that infamous Broadway flop, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. It's a hilarious peek back at a time when the production was a chaotic spectacle. Wacker's audition was shown during a panel, and it's one of those gems you didn't think you'd see again.

Good to see some humor from the comic book world getting a spotlight!

That video is such a wild find! I've heard a lot about the notorious production of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, but seeing Wacker audition really adds a personal touch to the chaos surrounding it. It's nice to see that kind of humor being embraced, especially in a medium that can get so serious at times.

I'd love to hear more about the behind-the-scenes stories from that production! Did you have a favorite moment from the panel where they showed the video?
