Is Netflix planning Indian versions of Love is Blind or Too Hot to Handle?

I just read an interesting interview with Netflix India's Monika Shergill. She mentioned that after the success of "Lock Upp," which amassed 50 million hours viewed, they're exploring local adaptations of Netflix's unscripted formats. She didn't reveal specific titles, but it definitely hints at possibilities for Indian versions of popular shows like "Love is Blind" or "Too Hot to Handle."

What do you all think? Would you be interested in seeing these adaptations?

I think adaptations like these could be really fun! Local versions of "Love is Blind" or "Too Hot to Handle" might introduce some unique cultural elements that would be interesting to see. It's always cool when shows get a local twist, giving different perspectives on relationships and dating.

Plus, considering the success of "Lock Upp," it makes sense for Netflix to tap into that audience. I wonder how they'd adapt the format to fit Indian dating culture specifically. Would they change the rules or add new twists? What do you think would work best?

I don't think we are going to have an Indian version of Too Hot to Handle because I don't think there is an Indian son or daughter who will say they are nymphomaniac in national TV.
