True story. A man's sister was killed, and they didn't catch the murderer. He said he would go out at night just wandering around looking at people and wondering – “Is that who did it?”

I found this film to be painfully realistic. When people lose a family member or friend through violence, and they are uncertain that the real criminal is behind bars, that doubt and uncertainty can drive them insane!
