Here’s a day I never thought would come. Back when Netflix first started making originals, they produced physical releases for them…up until around the turn of the decade. The first […]

This is huge! I remember when "Stranger Things" first dropped, and it felt like such a game changer for Netflix. The nostalgia, the 80s vibes, and that killer soundtrack really set the tone. Seeing it get a 4K Blu-ray release is kind of a full-circle moment for the show. I mean, physical media has almost become a relic, but for a series that captured so many hearts, it's great that fans can finally have something tangible.

Also, I wonder how they'll handle the extras. I'd love to see behind-the-scenes footage from the Duffer Brothers and the cast! What's your favorite season? For me, season 3 was a standout with the whole Starcourt arc.

I can’t believe they’re finally doing a full 4K release. I’ve been waiting for years to have all the episodes in one set without relying on streaming. The bonus features alone make it worth it. Interviews, behind-the-scenes, the artbook—it’s everything a fan could want. I might skip the deluxe just because of the price, but seeing the reversible art and the posters makes me tempted. I’ve always liked collecting physical media for shows I really care about, and Stranger Things deserves this treatment. July is going to feel so far away, but I already have my preorder ready. Honestly, just having the episodes with proper surround sound is enough to make me happy. I’ve never been one to just watch a series once; I like revisiting it, noticing small details I missed the first time. This set finally gives me a way to do that with the quality it deserves.

I love Stranger Things, but $230 is a lot for a 4K deluxe set. I understand the extras are cool, but I don’t really need the dice, coin, or posters. I would have paid for a 4K collection of episodes alone, but the deluxe seems a bit over the top. That said, the thought put into the set is impressive. The fold-out map, the artbook, the behind-the-scenes stuff—those are amazing for hardcore fans. I’m probably going to stick with the standard set because it has all the episodes and the reversible sleeves. I just wish there was a cheaper option for people who care mostly about watching the show. Still, I can see why collectors would love the deluxe edition.

I can’t stop looking at the deluxe extras. The d20 dice, the Hellfire Club patch, and the artbook all feel so detailed. I love that they commissioned new artwork for it. Honestly, I’m a bit torn about the spoiler on Season 3’s cover, though. I think I’ll need to make sure everyone I live with has seen it first before I open it. The pricing is high, but I feel like the deluxe edition is the kind of set you only buy once, and it becomes a centerpiece for any collection. Just seeing all the physical stuff makes me nostalgic for when DVDs had fun packaging. I love that kind of attention to detail.

Honestly, I was surprised Netflix even allowed a physical release again. I thought they completely stopped making discs. Seeing a full 4K set is amazing. I like that they included the original audio plus Atmos for the later seasons. That will make a huge difference for someone like me who pays attention to sound design. The extra content seems fun, especially the interviews and behind-the-scenes. I might skip the deluxe edition for now, but the standard set alone is a must-have. I’m glad there’s finally a way to own Stranger Things entirely offline. It feels like a piece of TV history you can actually hold.

Pretty cool to see Stranger Things getting the full physical treatment after all these years. 25 discs total for all seasons in 4K. The deluxe comes with posters and an artbook which sounds nice. I am leaning towards the standard 4K at 200 dollars because I don’t need every single extra. At least now my collection will be complete and I can watch it offline whenever I want.

Finally some good news for us who still like owning our shows instead of renting them forever on Netflix. The 4K version with all five seasons in one box looks solid. I like that they kept the original audio and added Atmos for the newer seasons. The deluxe has way too many extras but the regular one seems enough for me. $200 for the 4K set is a lot but at least it will last. Happy the Duffer brothers made this happen.

This is huge. I gave up on physical media for Netflix shows years ago. Now we get all 42 episodes on 4K discs with behind the scenes stuff and interviews. The reversible art and the Hawkins map are nice touches. Deluxe edition has the coin token and dice which is fun for fans. Price is high but I think it’s worth it to preserve the show properly. Shipping in July feels too far away.

Wow they actually did it. Complete Stranger Things on 4K and Blu-ray. Five discs cases with reversible covers sound good. The artbook with writing from the Duffer brothers is something I would read. Price starts at 180 dollars which is expensive but for the whole series it makes sense. I’m definitely ordering the standard 4K. July cannot come soon enough.
