OMG, I can’t believe I slept on this drama for so long! The premise of 'Black' is so unique. I love the idea of a grim reaper breaking the rules and possessing someone’s body—it feels like a K-drama version of 'The Sixth Sense' but with romance and action. Song Seung-Heon and Go Ara are amazing actors, and their chemistry definitely shines. I’m binging this over the weekend for sure!

I really enjoyed reading your review. I saw 'Black' when it first aired and agree with you about the struggles K-drama writers face when ending supernatural stories. It’s a challenge to keep it satisfying without becoming predictable or cheesy. That said, I actually liked the bittersweet ending of 'Black'—it stayed true to the dark, mysterious tone of the series.

I remember watching 'Black' back in 2017 and being blown away by its originality. However, I wasn’t thrilled with how some of the side plots were resolved, and I thought the pacing dragged in a few places. That said, the lead performances were stellar, especially Song Seung-Heon! I’d recommend it to anyone who loves supernatural mysteries.

I slept on it too! A while back I started watching this series but stopped. I got distracted. Then I couldn't find it on any streaming platforms. Finally found it on On Demand Korea, with English subtitles, and I was like … GOTCHA! It will eventually be added to Netflix, but no need to wait.

I like K-dramas that have grim reapers. (Like “Tomorrow” and “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God”) They're usually very handsome. LOL.
