From the very beginning, when it was first announced in 2022, there’s been a question mark hovering over Star Wars: Skeleton Crew: the question of whether they could pull it off. It’s a very different idea for a Star Wars show, the kind that could fall apart if handled wrong. See, unlike The Mandalorian and Ahsoka and The Acolyte, the cast of Skeleton Crew is entirely children. The show has been dubbed “Star Wars Goonies” from its first reveal, and as the D23 trailer proves, that’s definitely what they’re going for. The opening shots reveal the existence of a Southern […]

Another Star Wars show? Seriously? After the whole The Acolyte mess, I'm not exactly brimming with excitement. That show was a total letdown. Bad writing, uninteresting characters, and it felt like they were trying too hard to push some kind of agenda. It was like they were more interested in checking boxes than telling a good story. If this new show is going to be more of the same, count me out. I'm tired of feeling like I'm being preached to instead of entertained. I just want a good, old-fashioned space adventure without all the baggage.

So, there's a new Star Wars thing coming out. Cool, I guess. I haven't really been following the new Star Wars stuff that much. The old movies were great, but I don't know about all these new shows and movies. Maybe I'll check out the trailer and see if it looks interesting.

A new Star Wars show? This brings back memories! I remember watching the original trilogy as a kid and being completely blown away. I hope this new show can capture that same magic. It looks like it's aimed at a younger audience, but I'm still interested to see it. Maybe it will introduce a new generation to the Star Wars universe.

I'm digging the whole "lost kids in space" vibe. It's like a mix of "The Goonies" and "Star Wars". Jude Law as a Jedi? Interesting choice. I wonder how that's gonna play out. I'm curious to see if they can balance the kid-friendly stuff with enough depth to keep adults engaged. We'll see if this one can break free from the shadow of the original trilogy

Oh, man, this looks awesome! A new Star Wars show with a focus on kids? This is exactly what we need. The trailer has that classic adventure feel, and Jude Law as a Jedi is a stroke of genius. I'm really hoping they explore the New Republic era in depth and maybe even introduce some new alien species. Can't wait to see how this fits into the overall Star Wars lore. Definitely adding this to my must-watch list!

Ugh, not this again. Another Star Wars show, huh? Great. Just great. We're gonna get another round of toxic fan whining. You know how it goes: a bunch of people will complain about everything. It'll be "This isn't real Star Wars," or "They're ruining my childhood." It's like they can't enjoy anything new without comparing it to the old stuff. I swear, some fans are the worst. They're always so negative and bitter. It's like they want everything to fail. I just hope this show can ignore all the noise and be good on its own terms.

Yeah, it's about time! Star Wars is for everyone, but it's easy to forget that kids were the original core fanbase. It's really cool to see a show that's clearly made for them. Hopefully, it'll get a new generation hooked on Star Wars.
