Dandadan (sometimes called Dan da Dan as three words) is projected to be the biggest new anime of the fall. The series doesn’t premiere until October, but thanks to a new deal with distributor GKIDS, you can catch it one month early…and on the big screen! “Dandadan: First Encounter” is what they’re calling this special preview, exclusive to theaters, that will show the first three episodes in a row. Bonuses include interviews with manga creator Yukinobu Tatsu and editor Shihei Lin, the anime’s director Fūga Yamashiro, and others. Dandadan has a pretty cool premise: two teenagers who are into the paranormal meet up in high school — Momo, who comes from a family of spirit mediums, and Okarun, a big sci-fi fanatic. You’d think they would instantly form a bond, but they don’t — their beliefs actually clash. Momo believes in ghosts, but not aliens, while Okarun fervently believes in alien visitors but scoffs at the idea of ghosts. Each insists they can prove what they believe is real. Momo

I'm super excited for this year’s "Dandadan"! The original manga is awesome, the voice cast is stellar, the quality of the preview looks top-notch, and I love the theme song by Creepy Nuts. I can’t wait!

The voice actors are awesomes, the animation is great, and I'm really looking forward to October! My grandma is Nana Mizuki! When I see it in the anime, it looks ridiculous lol. Natsuki Hanae's Turbo Okarun is seriously cool. His performance always brings so much depth to his characters, and I’m sure he’ll do an amazing job with Okarun. I’m also impressed with how well the animation captures the unique style of the manga. It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making this anime something special. I can’t wait to see how everything comes together, especially the dynamic between Momo and Okarun

Having read the manga, I'm really looking forward to everyone experiencing Dandadan. It's seriously got everything you could want. This anime is going to be the surprise hit this year, trust me. The storyline is totally fresh, the pacing looks solid, and the whole journey they’re setting up feels well thought out. It’s got that winning formula that makes the big names stand out. I can already see fans getting into Momo and Okarun’s clash over beliefs and their unexpected discoveries. From what I’ve seen so far, it’s going to be a wild ride. This early look in theaters is just the start—I have a feeling it’s going to leave a mark when it officially launches. So, get ready for Dandadan because it’s going to shake things up in the anime scene!

Guys, Sakamoto Days and Dandadan are both manga that everyone loves, and fans have been waiting for their anime versions. It's great to see Dandadan getting an early showing in theaters—it’s a real treat for anime fans. Dandadan has a cool mix of ghosts and aliens, and the characters’ relationships sound really interesting. For Sakamoto Days, fans are hoping it will be the next manga to get an anime. It has action, comedy, and touching moments that fans really like. People are excited to see these stories come to life as anime, and it would be amazing if Sakamoto Days gets its turn soon.
