Here’s what Oni Press is bringing to comics shops everywhere this June. Fans of Devolver Digital’s video game Cult of the Lamb are in for a surprise, as they’re teaming up with Oni to launch the official comic book adaption! When the Lamb was sacrificed at the altar to appease the old gods, that could have been the end of it…but the Lamb had other ideas! After striking a deal in the hereafter, Lamb has returned to exact vengeance against their murderers…and start a cult of their own! The first issue of CULT OF THE LAMB goes on sale June 5. The Rock and Morty Finals Week continues with The Wrath Of Beth! Rick founds his own religion on another planet just for the kick of it (and no, it doesn’t involve sacrificing lambs). When Space Beth visits the planet, she’s horrified to discover what they DO sacrifice are Morty clones! Beth feels she has to rescue her kid(s) and starts carving a path of destruction. This tale comes out

Oh man, a Rick and Morty comic written by Jack Black? This is gonna be insane! I can already picture all the crazy stuff Rick's gonna do to create his own religion. Plus, Beth going all mama bear to save Morty clones? Sounds hilarious and heartwarming at the same time.

, I gotta check out this Night People series by Barry Gifford and Chris Condon. Gifford's neo-noir stuff is fantastic, and I love the art style in the previews. Sounds like a dark and gritty story, perfect for a rainy afternoon.

NacelleVerse? Never heard of it, but I gotta admit, the RoboForce series piqued my interest. Giant robots fighting bad guys? Classic stuff. Although, I'm more excited for the Biker Mice from Mars comic coming next month! Those guys were my jam back in the day.

K. O'Neill's art is simply stunning, and The Tea Dragon Society is such a heartwarming story. The oversized treasury edition sounds perfect for showcasing those beautiful illustrations. This would make a fantastic gift for any tea lover or comics fan.

Now these are the kind of releases that get me excited! Akogun: Brutalizer of Gods sounds like a breath of fresh air in the fantasy genre. Yoruba mythology is so under-represented in comics, and the artwork looks like it blends Afrofuturism with traditional motifs in a really interesting way. This is definitely a series I'll be hunting down all the variant covers for. On the other hand, The Tea Dragon Society Treasury Edition is a must-have for any fan of K. O'Neill's work. Her art is so delicate and expressive, and the stories are perfect for unwinding after a long day. The oversized format will be a great way to truly appreciate the details in her illustrations.

Night People by Barry Gifford and Chris Condon sounds like a classic neo-noir tale in the making. The estranged father-daughter dynamic, the high-stakes job in a remote location, the unexpected complications – it all screams "unforgettable character study." I can't wait to get lost in this dark and gritty world. On the complete opposite end of the spectrum, Quinnelope and the Mystery of the Missing Moon sounds like a delightful all-ages adventure. A missing moon, a space mission with a quirky cast of characters, and a black hole with a snack obsession? This is pure childhood adventure, perfect for sparking a love of comics in young readers.
