In “HeartBeat”, Sun Woo-Hyeol is not your ordinary vampire. Rather than hunting humans as prey so that he can suck their blood, he walks through the night protecting them from other vampires. That is how he met Yoon Hae-Sun. She was being chased by another vampire, but Sun Woo-Hyeol rescued her. Since he was her savior there was no need to be afraid of him. Instead, they fell in love.

"HeartBeat" - a vampire rom-com that raises more questions than it answers. The whole vampire-turned-human ordeal feels like a plot device, and the stolen gold bars twist is unnecessary. I appreciate a good drama, but the inconsistencies in the narrative left me scratching my head. Maybe I'm missing something, but it's not living up to the hype for me.

TaecYeon's performance in "HeartBeat" is pure gold! I've been a fan since his "Vincenzo" days, and he continues to impress. The rom-com angle suits him perfectly, showcasing his versatility. The stolen gold bars subplot may be a bit over the top, but TaecYeon's charm makes it forgivable. Looking forward to more of his projects!

The idea of vampires yearning to be human for the sake of love adds a unique twist. Sun Woo-Hyeol's dilemma, caught between vampire and human, creates an intriguing dynamic. The stolen gold bars mystery is an unexpected yet entertaining touch. Can't wait to see how the characters evolve!

While I appreciate the attempt at a fresh concept in "HeartBeat," the whole vampire-turned-human plotline feels a bit overdone. Sun Woo-Hyeol's sacrifice to become human is compelling, but the stolen gold bars subplot seems forced. I'm all for creativity, but the narrative needs more coherence. Maybe the next K-drama will strike the right balance.Kudos for incorporating Serbian folklore into Korean drama with the hawthorn wood twist! It adds a touch of global mythology to the narrative. Sun Woo-Hyeol's struggle between vampire and human existence is like a myth coming to life. The stolen gold bars subplot? Well, every hero needs a financial setback, right?

As much as I enjoyed the series, I have to agree about the soundtrack. It didn't leave a lasting impression. However, TaecYeon's performance of "Vampire" added a nice touch. His transition from K-pop to acting is commendable, and I'm here for it. Just wish the series had a more memorable musical backdrop to complement the engaging storyline.

I love how this is an action-packed yet romantic series. I just watched the trailer, and I must admit I love the effects and the storyline. Taecyeon is such a marvelous actor.
