Free League’s tabletop RPG The One Ring, brings JRR Tolkien’s intricately designed world to your living room — or basement, or back area of a hobby shop or wherever it is you play these things. The company announced the second expansion to the game, Tales From The Lone-Lands, earlier this year. The release date was just revealed today, and it’s in less than a month’s time.

COOL! The Lone-lands setting isn't the most glamorous in Tolkien's world, but the concept of six new adventures is appealing. I'm particularly intrigued by the slow infiltration of spies and the battle against ancient evil. I think it's worth a shot, and I'll probably preorder it to snag the advance PDF. It's always exciting to explore new aspects of Middle-earth.

This expansion is on my radar. The Lone-lands might not be the most exciting backdrop, but the promise of cool adventures is tempting. I'll likely give it a shot.

I've been a fan of The One Ring for a while, and the revised edition with improved rules was a step in the right direction. But I was hoping for something a bit more captivating in terms of the expansion setting. Maybe I've just grown too attached to the more iconic locations from Tolkien's works.I won't be preordering this one, but I'll keep an eye on the reviews. If the adventures turn out to be surprisingly engaging, I might consider giving it a shot down the road.

I can't wait for this expansion! I've been a fan of The One Ring RPG for a while now, and the idea of exploring the Lone-Lands in new adventures is super exciting. I've already preordered it, and I'm counting down the days until November 14th. The way they've improved the game based on player feedback makes me confident it's going to be awesome.

I don't get the hype around this expansion. I mean, I enjoy playing The One Ring, but do we really need more content for it? The existing material is more than enough for me, and I don't want to spend more money on this. I'll pass on this one, man.
