A lot of retro consoles and computers have been given second lives thanks to the tireless efforts of indie developers. Despite their age, there are a lot of new games out there for 8 and 16-bit devices that are worth checking out. Far After, an action RPG released physically today for Game Boy and Game Boy Color, is just one of them.

I enjoy side-scrolling shooters, so CounterAttack: Uprising on the Nintendo Switch excites me. Fighting against the threatening "Automatons" and defending humanity sounds exciting. I've already decided which character I'll play, and with the addition of new levels and attachments to the Switch version, it's going to be an epic adventure.

I love how CounterAttack Uprising sounds! This fall, I can't wait to play it on my Nintendo Switch. It sounds really cool to be able to customize my ship with more than 600 attachments and choose from eight different characters. It's even better that it supports co-op gameplay because I can play with my friends both locally and online. I'd like to participate in some intense space shooter action!

The story of CounterAttack: Uprising is so engaging - battling against the mechanical apocalypse with powerful pilots and their unique ships. I'm a big fan of customization, so being able to modify my ship with various upgrades and crafting new weapons sounds like a dream come true. I'm counting down the days until it launches on the Nintendo Switc

I'm really excited about the future of retro gaming! It's clear that there's still a lot of love for these old consoles, and I think we're going to see even more great games being released for them in the years to come.

Gaming is my recently discovered hobby. Well, I did try a couple of video games when I was in my teens with handheld consoles. It was not a game boy but something like that but I was not much interested. Therefore I do not know anything about retro gaming. However, I am keen on the latest development in the game market and I would like to try some of these consoles

I have seen a lot and lot people getting into games in the current times. I have never been interested in games and have no personal experience about retro gaming or gaming in current times. But I have seem my elder daughter so interested in games. To the extent that she chose a career in it. Game developers are getting so innovative with the ideas and plot. Fascinating!!

Hehe, Gameboy games where really enjoyable back then. This days its extremely hard to actually find a place to buy a Gameboy or Gameboy color. But i can make use of an emulator on my device to play this game. Sounds like an awesome game to play during a vacation.

There are so many great games from the past that I've never played, and I can't wait to experience them for the first time. I'm also a sucker for a good retro console, and I'm always on the lookout for new ones to add to my collection
