To say the former HBO Max doesn’t have the best reputation for animation as of late is an understatement, but rumors of its demise seem to be exaggerated. There are plenty of animated shows coming to the service within the next year, and they were collectively confirmed in a new press release sent out by Max yesterday. This is the same press release that confirmed Season 2 of Velma, and that’s all any other news outlet is focusing on, but there are plenty of things with actual promise that deserve a bit of attention. (Like Clone High, which is running this very second. Get to watching so it can live!)

It's fantastic to hear that Max is upping its animation game. I've been seeking some new and fun shows, and it looks that they're providing. The series "Young Love" sounds charming and relatable, highlighting the intricacies of millennial parents, and I'm particularly interested in the expansion of "Hair Love." Plus, the voice cast is great!

The upcoming animated shows on Max seem quite diverse and interesting. I'm particularly intrigued by "Fionna and Cake," the Adventure Time spinoff. Exploring different dimensions and facing a powerful antagonist sounds like a thrilling adventure. It's always fun to see fanfiction come to life in unexpected ways. I'm also curious about "Uptown Bodega" and how it portrays the changing dynamics of a family business in a fast-paced city like Nueva York.

You know, it's still a bit strange for me to see the name "Max" instead of "HBO Max." I've been so accustomed to the old name that this change feels a bit jarring. But hey, I guess it's all about rebranding and moving forward. Regardless of the name, I'm glad they're bringing in new animated shows. It's just going to take some time for me to get used to calling it "Max."

You know what? Netflix and Amazon are seriously killing it with their animated shows, no doubt about it! I mean, just look at Amazon's "Invincible" and "The Boys Presents: Diabolical" – those shows are pure superhero awesomeness! And over on Netflix, they've got this amazing lineup of Western cartoons and anime that keeps growing and getting better. It's like they know exactly what we want to watch! Honestly, Max has some catching up to do if they want to compete with the likes of Netflix and Amazon. They better bring their A-game and come up with some mind-blowing stuff to stay in the race!

Stop Underestimating Max! Max making an effort to bring more animated content to its platform. The variety of shows they have in development is impressive. Exploring the dynamics of millennial parents and their daughter sounds like a relatable and touching story. I appreciate when animation tackles real-life themes in a thoughtful way. Looking forward to seeing how it unfolds.I'm glad to see Max investing in animated shows and diversifying its content. While I haven't heard of some of the upcoming projects, I'm willing to give them a chance. I'm particularly curious about "Anything Factory" since it's created by Tom Kauffman, known for "Rick and Morty." If it has that same clever and imaginative storytelling, it could be a hit. I hope Max continues to support a range of animated shows, catering to different tastes and capturing the imaginations of viewers.

The upcoming animated shows on Max definitely have my attention. I'm a big fan of Harley Quinn, so I can't wait for Season Four and the spinoff "Kite Man: Hell Yeah!" It's great to see these characters getting their own spotlight. Additionally, I'm intrigued by the Adventure Time spinoff "Fionna and Cake." Exploring different dimensions and the concept of fanfiction sounds like a creative and entertaining concept. I'm excited to see how Max brings these stories to life!

It's hard to trust Warner Discovery, especially after witnessing the unfortunate fate of many shows and movies due to mergers. It's disheartening when promising projects are affected or even canceled altogether. It can make you question whether it's worth investing your time and emotions into new shows, considering the uncertainty that surrounds them.

Given this track record, it's understandable to approach the announcement of these animated shows on Max with skepticism. After all, who wants to get invested in something only to see it abruptly pulled off the air? It's frustrating when decisions are made purely based on business strategies rather than the quality or potential of the content.
