(NOTE: For those who have not watched this film, the time period is 1988. If you remember the 80s, the use of cassette tapes will surely take you on a trip down memory lane. By 2001, CDs had replaced cassettes. Now they’re considered “vintage”.)

The period in which Seoul Vibe is set is one aspect that drew my interest. Cassette tapes brought back a lot of 80s nostalgia. Despite the fact that I wasn't born then, it unquestionably transported me back in time. The glories of film wizardry, ah! I must admit, the Korean movie was extremely interesting. The plot centers on Park Dong-woo, a young man, and his buddies, who are skilled vehicle customizers. Talk about some impressive abilities!

I have to admit, I don't agree with the majority. While many viewers gave it a high rating, I personally felt it was a bit predictable. The plot has been done before in various movies, so it didn't bring anything new to the table for me. But hey, tastes differ!

If you're a fan of fast cars, action, and undercover missions, Seoul Vibe might be worth a watch. Just keep in mind that it follows a familiar formula and doesn't offer many surprises. Sometimes it's nice to sit back and enjoy a fun, albeit predictable, ride.I have to say, the concept of customizing cars to make them as fast as the Batmobile is pretty cool. It's like living in a world of real-life superheroes! I bet the car enthusiasts out there would appreciate that aspect of the film.

I found it interesting how the film incorporated a mix of crime and patriotism. It's not often you see a group of young car enthusiasts turned secret agents to bring down a crime lord. Talk about an unexpected twist! I wonder if there are any hidden talents among my friends. The soundtrack didn't quite hit the mark for me in Seoul Vibe. I felt it could have added more depth and excitement to the film. But hey, music taste is subjective, and what didn't impress me might be someone

So, I watched Seoul Vibe and let me tell you, those guys know how to pimp their rides! I mean, forget the Batmobile, they've got cars that can rival the Flash! It's like a high-speed party on wheels.

Can we just take a second to be appreciative that cassette cassettes were still in use in the 1980s? What outdated technology! But hey, as long as it evokes a sense of nostalgia, I'm fine for it. But please, don't ask me to wind the tape with a pencil

You know, it's funny how they chose Park and his friends instead of professional government agents. Maybe they thought secret agents needed a fresh perspective, or maybe they were just desperate for people who could outrun the bad guys without causing a traffic jam. I have to hand it to the prosecutor, he knows how to sweeten the deal. Erasing all evidence of their criminal activities and handing out legal visas to the US? That's like a get-out-of-jail-free card and a free vacation package combined! Talk about turning a blind eye for some fast driving skills.

I recently completed viewing this film, and I must say, it was truly captivating! The performance by Yoo Ah-in was absolutely remarkable, showcasing his exceptional talent. The overall movie experience was undeniably refreshing. The storyline was well-crafted, the cast delivered commendable performances, and the selection of soundtracks was commendable. Kudos to Netflix Korea for delivering such a commendable production. It is safe to say that if one can easily identify Kim Sung-Kyun from previous Korean dramas, they may have indulged in quite a significant number of them.

Oh boy, this movie series is definitely going to be like the Fast & Furious franchise! They cleverly started way back in 1988, just so they could leave plenty of room for countless sequels leading up to the present year. And of course, they had to film it in Korea, the hottest and trendiest country right now with its massive fan base, thanks to K-Pops and those irresistible Oppas. I mean, who can resist them? But seriously, this movie is going to be a blockbuster hit, no doubt about it. It's impressive how Korean dramas, music, and movies have completely outshined the Americans in every way. Move over, Hollywood!
