This is the best news I've heard all week. I was one of those kids who only knew the movie because it came on once a year. After it stopped, I bought the DVD but it never felt the same. No commercials, no buildup, just instant play. MeTV airing it in October means a whole new generation gets...

The friendship element is likely the most interesting part of the movie. A clumsy dog and a wise old bird paired with a pampered cat create opportunities for humor and life lessons. Watching Miss Moxy adapt to challenges could teach young viewers patience and resilience. Even without big-name...

Reading about the humor in the illustrations gives me the impression that the guide takes the culture of tabletop gaming seriously without feeling heavy. Drinks that match monsters and spells sound like a small thing, but those touches help our group get into character between scenes. The...

I work in marketing, and what stands out to me is brand control. When a company ignores trademark misuse, it sends a signal: “We don’t care where our image goes.” That weakens a brand. Even if Microsoft just issued a short clarification that Halo is not political propaganda, it would protect the...

What I like about this piece is how reflective she is. She talks about not letting herself become bitter about Hollywood changes. That kind of attitude is rare. Many actors from her generation complain about losing the spotlight, but she seems grateful instead. I think that’s why she’s still...

I enjoy solo and small-group play, and I find procedural systems especially helpful. The Storm Generator and Ruin Generator let me run sessions alone or test new mechanics before I commit them to a full party. I like the idea of modular locations that I can run as one-shots to test a scene’s...

This show had a cool start, but too many mystery tropes. Missing body, deleted footage—it felt forced. What kept me watching was Jang Hyuk. He made me believe Young-oh could be real. Without him, the show wouldn’t work. And honestly, they should’ve given more screen time to the hospital...

I don’t know if I need another 5E setting, but this one feels different. I like horror, especially slow, tense stories, and the idea of social tension and superstition sounds more mature than the usual goblin fight. I’ll wait for physical copies though. I prefer books I can hold in my hand.

I appreciate the effort to highlight Viki exclusives, but let’s be honest—some of these titles feel like filler content rather than must-watch dramas. “Brewing Love”? Sounds like yet another generic rom-com. I wish Viki would focus more on quality over quantity. Still, “The Witch” does sound...

I’m honestly blown away by how The Twenty-Sided Tavern is closing out its New York run. Travis McElroy as The Trickster this week is a fantastic start—I’ve loved his work forever, and he’s perfect for this. The guest lineup ahead is unreal: Darin De Paul, Devora Wilde, Samantha Beart—all...

I have to say, this campaign feels a little over the top. I mean, $600 for some pins and a flipbook? I get that it’s a collector’s item, but it feels like they’re catering to people with a lot of disposable income. Personally, I’d rather wait for the mass-market paperback. It’ll be the same size...

Dude, Arkham Asylum? That's awesome! I've been wanting a new DC deck-building game for ages. The Rogues Gallery is so much fun to play with. And those travel boxes? I need one of those. I love taking my games on the go. This Kickstarter is totally worth it.

OMG, a D&D themed party with like 500 people?! This sounds like SO much fun! I can already imagine the costumes, the energy, the whole atmosphere. Even if the actual gameplay gets a little messy, the opportunity to meet other D&D fans and just have a good time with this interactive experience...

The first movie was a visual spectacle, but the story could have been deeper. Here's hoping they strike a better balance this time around. 8. (The Action Junkie) Hell yeah, Batman versus Yakuza! Sign me up for that! The first movie was all about over-the-top action sequences, and throwing...

Kidnapped in a wedding dress? There's more to this story, I can tell. What happened before she woke up in the trunk? Why was she targeted? The psychological aspect intrigues me. I hope the movie explores her inner strength and will to survive. Just a psycho kidnapper at the wheel feels a...
