Exorcist Vengeance Hits DVD And Digital Tomorrow
It feels like it’s been a while since we’ve heard from horror schlockers Uncork’d Entertainment. They’re back again with another exorcism movie, Exorcist Vengeance.
It doesn’t sound like this one breaks from the mold too much…is there a Catholic priest? Does he head to a haunted house to stop a demonic spirit from possessing someone? You bet. This time, though, the priest discovers he may have a connection to this haunting…like he’s encountered this demon before sometime in his past. But when, and what does it mean now that it’s come back?
Exorcist Vengeance stars Stephen Berkoff (Rambo : First Blood Part II, Beverly Hills Cop, “Vikings”), Sarah Alexandra Marks, Nicola Wright, Simon Furness, Nicole Nabi, and Anna Liddell. The film was written by Matthew B.C. (Medusa: Queen of the Serpents) and Jeff Miller (The Toybox; Ouija House; Clowntown), based on the latter’s story, and Scott Jeffrey & Rebecca J Matthews directed.
Look for Exorcist Vengeance to exact its….you know what, February 8 on disc and digital.
A possession spooker with state-of-the-art special effects, the film tells of a tough priest (Bronzi), someone the Vatican calls to do their dirty work. When a prominent family is terrorized by a demonic force, the priest is called upon by Bishop Canelo to root out the evil, but soon realizes the solution to this mystery is tied to his own past. He must find the killer and stop the Devil’s hold on the family before it’s too late,

It would be interesting to see how differently Bronzi handles this one considering that he has a connection somehow. Over all it sounds promising much like the others of its kind. I saw that it’s available for rental on YouTube so when I’m ready to see it I’ll go there.
