If you’ve been waiting for the chance to play Dragon’s Dogma for your game consoles, now you will get that chance. Capcom has released Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen today for consoles with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One releases. You can check out the latest launch trailer for the game in the player below.
The epic fantasy game offers deep combat and freedom to explore and interact with an evolving, living and breathing world. Players will be able to choose between nine different character classes and go on an adventure with three AI companions called Pawns. The Pawn allies will fight independently and develop as players embark on a journey to cut off the four heads of a Hydra beast, climb onto griffins and defeat various enemies.
The console release of the game features all the content from the original Dragon’s Dogma as well as the Dark Arisen expansion. That includes the Bitterblack Isle map area along with some new enemies, quests, high level weapons and armor sets. All the content also utilizes higher resolution graphics for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The game is available as a digital download right now for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at individual retailers.
