Blizzard community manager Micah Whipple has confirmed via twitter that a console port for Diablo III is in development.
TaNGoIX asked “Bashiok” (aka Blizzard community manager Micah Whipple), “can you confirm or deny Diablo 3 coming to consoles? Thanks.”
Bashiok responded, “Yup. Josh Mosqueira is lead designer for the Diablo console project.”
Any other details, as if the console will be released at the same time or after the PC release, has not been said.
