Did you hear? The Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer was leaked! It was a phone video of a phone video of a watermarked rough cut, and it was hard to make out, and….now it doesn’t matter. Sony released the trailer properly just a few dozen minutes ago.
Speaking of leaks, something else was….Peter Parker’s identity. Mysterio revealed it to the world in his final act of revenge, and Pete is now suffering all the problems superheroes keep secret identities to avoid. Protesters follow him to school. He’s now legally liable for all damage Spider-Man has caused while in the suit, and the police are suspecting he’s responsible for Mysterio’s death. If only he could make everyone forget! ….wait, he knows a master magician!
This movie’s MCU cameo comes courtesy of Doctor Strange. Strange sees no problem in whipping up a Deus Ex Machina Back In The Bottle Plot Cheater Spell, even though he’s warned against it. Pete sees no harm in it either — I mean, it was his idea — until he realizes that if EVERYONE forgets he’s Spider-Man, that includes his friends! He’ll be totally alone. He tries to stop Strange mid-spell, and screws everything up.
Now Pete is hurling through the multiverse, trying to find his way back to his own dimension. Classic Generation 1 baddies like Willem DaFoe as Green Goblin and Alfred Molina as Doctor Octopus show up to complicate his journey. Is the subtitle right about there being NO WAY HOME?
Only one way to find out. Spider-Man: No Way Home premieres exclusively in theaters December 17.

Projects like Disney’s Treasure Planet, or FX’s Y The Last Man (just cancelled after one season and ten years of development). Sony’s

The landmark show spawned an entire DC cartoon universe of spinoffs — Superman, Batman Beyond, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Static Shock, and technically The Zeta Project — but even though
They have yet to offer an explanation, but the folks at The Walt Disney Company have delayed their upcoming Marvel movie Doctor Strange and the Mountain of Madness by two months. Previously meant for March 25, 2022, it’s now slotted for May 6, 2022. And every time they move one
If you’ve seen James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad, then you already met Peacemaker…an arrogant, egotistical man who believes in “peace at any cost, no matter how many men, women and children I have to kill to get it.” And if you had to pick one character from that movie to
