Sony has announced that Bloodborne has been delayed to March 24, 2015 in North America and March 25 in Europe.
Producer Masaaki Yamagiwa stated the delay would allow the team to deliver the best possible final experience. He explained further in a post on the PlayStation blog.
“While development continues unabated, we would like our team to deliver the best possible final experience,” he said. “We were gratified by the feedback and data we received from those who participated in our limited Alpha test. The extra production time will also allow us to better integrate these learnings.”
Bloodborne was originally scheduled to launch on February 6, 2015. It will now be available in March, exclusively on the PlayStation 4.
