Bleach: Brave Souls Is Getting An Artbook
The 3D action game Bleach: Brave Souls, like the manga and anime that inspired it, has a lot of neat artwork…right? Wouldn’t it be nice to have all that art in printed form so you could slide it off your bookshelf and gawk at it? Soon, your wish will be granted.
Published by Shueisha, the Bleach; Brave Souls Aetbook is 288 full-color pages of portraits and behind the-scenes sketches. Planned price is 4,620 yen, or $41.76 in US money. The text will be in Japanese, but if you’re interested, you’re probably not the type to care about that.
Here’s the thing though: the amount of Bleach: Brave Souls artbooks produced will be the number of preorders made — no more. The preorder is your only chance to get one; there are no plans to sell the book directly. So if you want this, now’s your chance. The preorders close up September 2, and copies will be shipped starting December 3.
To call attention to the artbook’s immiment arrival, the game will be holding several promotional events. One of them is a special login bonus from Tuesday, July 6 to Friday, July 23…during this period, players can login to receive 25 Soul Tickets a day for up to 15 days. Collect them all and you get 375 Soul Tickets. There will also be an art contest on Bleach: Brave Souls’s social media channel….ten winners will be selected and given a Brave Souls original poster! That contest is open from July 6 through July 20 on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Discord.
Bleach: Brave Souls is available now on Steam, and the mobile version is available on Google Play and the App Store. A PS4 version will be released later in 2021.
