According to the folks over at Velocity Gamer, Xbox Live has removed the option to cancel the auto renewal on Xbox Live accounts. The news after the jump.
As you are able to see in this picture, the option has been removed to cancel auto-renewal in place of having to call support.
While this may not be an inconvenience for some, it’s sure to have others filling up forums in disgust.

You just sign in to your gamertag, go to my acct and turn off the renewal there. You can ALSO cancel over the phone with support though. This post is pretty misleading.
