The action JRPG ASTLIBRA Revision was released on PC a year ago. The game’s publisher just announced a Switch version of the game is coming fairly soon.
ASTLIBRA is a side-scrolling hack and slash adventure with heavy RPG elements. You know the drill by now: by leveling up your character, you can make them proficient in one of several skills — offense, defense, gifted with magic, etc. Upgrading your weapons and armor is crucial to standing a chance against the various boss monsters in your way. The game offers six difficulty settings if the action gets too overwhelming.
There’s a lot of content here. Not only is anyone new to the game getting the entire main campaign, there’s a lengthy string of postgame missions, and the Switch version folds in the DLC chapter The Cave of Phantom Mist. Developer Keizo estimates it will take the average player 60 hours to do everything.
Check out ASTLIBRA Revision when it hits Switch November 16. Preorders are open today at a 20% discount.
