As you may have read yesterday, Square Enix’s new CEO Phil Rogers has confirmed that the development of a next-gen sequel to this year’s spectacular Tomb Raider reboot is well underway. As such, we thought it fitting to honour the announcement with AwC’s playthrough of Ms Croft’s origins story.
For those unfamiliar with the narrative of Crystal Dynamic’s game, Lara’s on a boat, but her boobs are too big and the ship snaps in half. She falls down and plops into the water; she goes underwater – nearly drowns… She makes it ashore. Everyone else is dead (or nearly dead). Lara yells for help, Lara gets donkey-punched, and then the adventure begins. Well, that’s Stapesy’s interpretation of events, anyway.
