Trucker Comes to VOD March 10

Breaking Glass Pictures will be introducing their new action-horror thriller Trucker across VOD platforms next month.

A group of reckless teens picks the wrong night and the wrong road when they crash into a trucker’s family sedan, killing his family. The trucker was in the car as well, and emerged as the only survivor…and now, months later and healed from his wounds, he wants revenge. You might think this story is shot from the perspective of the teenagers, but it’s all from the trucker’s POV as he tracks down each member of that vehicle one by one.

The film will have no theatrical debut, as evidenced by the fact that it’s rated TV-MA rather than R…no MPA involved here.

Trucker stars Milo Hayden (Holiday Twist, Shark Bait), Nicole Mattox (Lady Outlaw, Dungeons of Ecstasy), Katherine Gibson (Devil’s Game), Dare Taylor (Girls On Film), Lauren Parkinson (Paul T. Goldman, 7 Days to Hell), and Jim Palmer (Terminator 2, National Treasure, Guardians of the Galaxy, Pirates of the Caribbean). It was directed by Errol Sack, written by Steven Shaffer, and produced by Alexia Cirino, Chuck Cirino, Dennis McCarthy, and Shaffer under the banner of ES Films.

Trucker will debut on most VOD platforms March 10.

When a long-haul trucker’s family is killed in a fiery crash caused by a group of reckless teens, he miraculously survives. Nursed back to health by a mysterious old man, the grieving father channels his trauma and rage into a brutal campaign of retribution against those responsible. What follows is a white-knuckle descent into obsession, violence, and dark revenge.
