Strategy Game Mahokenshi Holding Open Preview

Next month, a rather unique strategy game by Game Source Studio will be released in Early Access. Mahokenshi is a combination of adventuring, deck-building and strategy battling on a hex-grid system, and you can try out a special free preview of the game this month on Steam.

What’s a Mahokenshi? It’s a mystical samurai who guards the four Celestial Isles of the game’s map from evil forces. Doing this involves the use of over 300 cards in your virtual deck and strategic placement of your forces on hex-grid battle screens. The House your mage originates from will also affect your gameplay style. Collect more cards to diversify and enrich your deck, and beat back the demonic army that seeks to corrupt your homeworld.

The preview version of Mahokenshi is downloadable now from Steam. The full Early Access version will go live in the first quarter of 2022.
