Pinhead is trending on Twitter because he can now Punish characters from other franchises.

Pinhead from the  Hellraiser franchise is the next licensed killer for Dead By Daylight but sadly as a replacement for a beloved chapter. We can say he will be the replacement of The Demogorgon, asThe Stranger Thingsends its deal with Dead by Daylight.

The lead Cenobite or Hell Priest  will be the most paranormal Survivor  by far. His Gameplay is a cross between The Nurse, Freddie Krueger and the Deathslinger. Hellraiser started as a Clive Barker Novella titled The Hellbound Heart.   Barker eventually directed a movie adaptation and that leads to a film franchise.  Doug Bradley played him onscreen for years. He looks fun to play as a killer. However, he looks hell to play against as a Survivor because of his traps and long range attacks. Pinhead is also the first killer in the game that talks in English because most canonically English speaking killers in the game just grunt and murmur. One of his lines could lead to a meme because its double entendre. “You touch the cube and with that I came”

 

Youtube Dead by Daylight streamer,not Otzdarva was given a copy of the PTB or Public Test build. He gets to play as him and Play against him. It is not yet announce if Pinhead goes with a Licensed Survivor.

The PTB doesn’t have a licensed Survivor but there had been rumors that the Protagonist of the first  film, Kirsty Cotton would be the Survivor. Her actress Ashley Laurence  liked a tweet  by Behavior and that means she is lending her likeness to the game. I really hope this deal delivers because it still stings to me that Laurie Strode doesn’t look like Jamie Lee Curtis in this game.
