Hell’s Paradise English Dub Premieres Tomorrow

The new anime Hell’s Paradise debuted on Crunchyroll earlier this month. An English dub for the series was promised, and the streamer revealed today it will deliver, two weeks from the show’s sub premiere on April 15.

Based on the manga by Yuji Kaku, Hell’s Paradise revolves around Gabimaru, the strongest and most ruthless assassin in his village. Not everyone is a fan of him, though, in fact, as this series opens, he’s imprisoned and set to be executed. But he’s given a possible way out from his jailers: if he can find and retrieve the Elixir of Life from a mysterious island, all charges against him will be dropped.

Gabimaru is willing to do it. But what he finds out is that he’s not the only one heading to that island: all the other convicts from that jail were given the same offer, and they won’t hesitate to stab anyone in their way. It’s up to Gabimaru and his handler, the executioner Yamada Asaemon Sagiri, to find a way to survive not just the island and its perils but everyone in competition with them.

The English dub cast for Hell’s Paradise will include:

• Alejandro Saab (VINLAND SAGA; Horimiya) as the English voice of Gabimaru

• Marisa Duran (Horimiya) as the English voice of Yamada Asaemon Sagiri

• Nazeeh Tarsha (The Greatest Demon Lord Is Reborn as a Typical Nobody) as the English voice of Aza Chobe
