A few days ago Hasbro announced a new partnership with Nintendo that would result in a new line of figures based on the Legend of Zelda series. And…they just left it at that, with no information on what the figures would look like or what they’d be based on. Zelda, as any fan knows, has gone through a lot of reincarnations (both the princess and the series).
Since the release date was pegged for 2027, there was speculation the figures could be based on the Zelda movie, due out that year. But the promised SDCC sneak peek at Hasbro‘s Zelda line came this morning, and they are definitely based around the most recent video game, Tears of the Kingdom.

Here she is, holding a Master Sword that needs some rejuvenating. She has over 20 articulation points and an interchangeable hand to let you decide if you want her to hold the sword or not.

Link comes with the Master Sword and shield, as well as an alternate Zonai Hand. He’s six-inch scale, with the same articulation points as Zelda and a fabric cape.

The evil Ganon, here in his human “Ganondorf” form, has a Gloom Sword, scabbard, and interchangeable sword grip hand. He’s slightly taller than Link and Zelda, measuring 7.5 inches.
“For decades, The Legend of Zelda franchise has captivated fans through its deep lore, unforgettable characters and enduring sense of discovery,” says Hasbro president of toys and board games Billy Lagor. “By combining Nintendo’s iconic storytelling with Hasbro’s leadership in action and role-play, we’re delivering toys that invite fans to play, explore and forge their own epic adventures.”
Link and Zelda can be preordered for $27.99 each, while Ganondorf is spendier at $42.99. Preorders for the figures will go live later today at 5 PM Pacific / 8 PM Eastern. They are currently dated for release on May 1, 2027, while the Legend of Zelda movie will open in theaters one day earlier on April 30, 2027.
