Flowstone Saga Launches On Steam September 17

Impact Gameworks, creators of Tangledeep, will be releasing their next 2D RPG in five days. Flowstone Saga comes from the creators of Tangledeep, Andrew Aversa and Andrew Luers.

Taking place in the world of Ocean’s End, you play as Mirai, a young woman with burgeoning powers who just wants to find her place in the world — but may have to take on saving it before she’s figured out anything. Expect the usual job classes, weapon and item collecting, and leveling up, but with a new twist. Flowstone Saga is the first RPG we’ve heard of that contains BOTH turn-based and real-time combat systems, and will let you choose which one you prefer. The game can also be played in co-op mode with a friend assisting your fights.

Flowstone Saga will launch on Steam next Tuesday at a 20% discounted price of $14.39. After the first week it will revert to its intended price of $17.99. The game is PC, Mac and Linux compatible.
