Don’t Forget The Return Of Lazor Wulf This Weekend

-

A few days ago, Adult Swim ran a Lazor Wulf marathon as part of their Thanksgiving Weekend schedule (other currently running shows like Rick & Morty and Primal got marathons as well as classics like Aqua Teen Hunger Force). It contained every episode released to date, but there’s a new batch about to hit…this Sunday on Adult Swim will see the premiere of two new Lazor Wulf episodes as the opener to Season 2.

We’re not fully sure what to expect, and this is AFTER reading the official description of the episodes: “This season, Lazor Wulf is about coming back from the DEAD$ and embracing the Scam of Life.” Got that? Lazor Wulf was created by Henry Bonsu and stars singer/song-writer, Vince Staples alongside WWE superstar Big E*, Quinta Brunson, J.D. Witherspoon, Andre Pascoe, Judnick Mayard, Reginald VelJohnson, and Shelley (formerly known as DRAM).

Season 2 of Lazor Wulf begins this Sunday at midnight on Adult Swim with the episodes “Still Dying To Eat” and “If That Was Tomorrow, This Is Today.” The show is also available to stream anytime on HBO Max.

While you’re waiting, check out the two-minute Space Ghost spoof “Cpase Ghoul,” starring Starring Trill Withers and Andre Pascoe along with real appearances by Reginald VelJohnson and Quinta Brunson (who also star on Lazor Wulf). The short was written by Henry Bonsu and animated by AnnMarie Roberts and Jared D. Weiss (hey, it’s that guy).
