Crunchyroll Anime Nights Presents The Best Of Mob Psycho 100

Apparently Mob Psycho 100 is ten years old, which is simply not possible — it should be half that. It started in 2021, right? …Nope, 2016.

Cruncnyroll has an anniversary celebration planned, and you’re invited…providing you’re fine with paying your way in. The next Crunchyroll Anime Nights presentation is all about Mob Psycho 100, and features five fan-favorite episodes that YOU voted on (if you didn’t vote, or know there was a vote, sorry). The presentation will happen in select theaters across the US and Canada, for one night only.

Mob Psycho 100 is about Mob, an eighth grader with psychic abilities so strong he has to be careful when using them. If his power level hits 100 percent, he’ll transform into a psycho! Mob spends his days living a typical schoolboy life, and his nights exorcising evil spirits with his powers. Two seasons have been made so far, which are available on Crunchyroll and, for the time being, on Netflix.

Tickets are now on sale for the Mob Psycho 100 10th Anniversary theatrical event. You should be able to find a theater near you playing it,  as Anime Nights spans over 280 theaters including Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, AMC Theatres, Regal, Cinemark Theatres, Harkins Theatres, and Landmark Cinemas in the US, and Canada-Cineplex and Landmark of Canada in Canada. The next Anime Nights happens Monday, July 20 at 7:00 PM local time.

Crunchyroll Anime Nights is bringing MOB PSYCHO 100 to the big screen! To celebrate Mob Psycho 100’s 10th anniversary we’ll be showing 5 amazing episodes – chosen by YOU, the fans – that will take you through all of Mob’s story. Mob is an 8th grader with powerful psychic abilities who wants to be normal. When not exorcising evil spirits he attempts to suppress his powers, causing stunted emotions. But when he hits 100 percent, his pent-up feelings unleash a dark power. Can he survive the psychic strain?
