Chucky reigns supreme as the show is renewed for a second season. Meanwhile, the Child’s play reboot that tried to replace him made me unsure if it has a future. That reboot movie is good but fans had been loyal to the original and nothing beats the original. I believe the reboot film and this series can co-exist and I would like to see a sequel for the reboot but it may never happen. Still Crossing my fingers to see more of Mark Hamill‘s interpretation of the killer doll.

Chucky will be back again!

The Original lore of the Child’s play franchise  continues as we are getting a second season. Don Mancini the Series creator made a statement about the renewal. The fans of this murderous ginger doll can now breathe a sigh of relief because this means a good future for the franchise. Fans have nothing but positive reactions to this series.  Television is such a great medium for this franchise as it manages to make the events in the movies go full circle. Fans appreciate the respect and dedication this series has given to the franchise.

Chucky Himself made the confirmation for the second season on his official Twitter account. Yes, I am talking about the actual character and not his voice actor Brad Dourif. I am sure he is happy that his amazing show is renewed and he will always be the  Charles Ray. He has no social media but I know he is happy about this renewal because he deserves more success.

Something I want to happen in Season 2, I want to know what happened to Glen and Glenda, they were referenced in an episode of this show but they still have not made any appearance.
