We just found out today that AMC (as in the cable network, not the theater chain) has its own video game division. They’re now working with Madrid-based developer Fictiorama Studios (Do Not Feed the Monkeys) to publish a real-time strategy game that’s unlike any typical RTS we’ve seen: The Fabulous Fear Machine.
You’re been named Master of the Machine. What does that mean? It means your goal is to spread fear! You do this by inventing legends, starting rumors, spreading scary stories, and implanting the fear of the unknown into the hearts and minds of the masses. If you do your job right, they’ll tell others and the Machine will become more powerful! (Something tells me Mark Zuckerburg would really be into a game like this.)
The Fabulous Fear Machine starts spreading next spring on PC. Check out the teaser trailer below.
