Transformers: Rise of the Beasts
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Brings back late 90s and early 2000s nostalgia as they finally utilized Beast Wars: Transformers.
I was never a fan of the Transformers cartoon back in the 1990s because I am not particularly interested in cars and other vehicles. I currently own a vehicle, but it is nothing special—it is a Nissan Leaf. However, a Transformers spin-off grabbed my attention, and I was intrigued by it. I’m referring to the Beast: Wars transformers. It was a prequel to the Transformers series that took place before humans took control of Earth, during an ancient conflict between robots known as Maximals and Predacons. These ancient transformers, instead of taking the form of vehicles, take the form of animals. I became obsessed to the point where I began buying toys and watching TV shows. I never imagined Beastwars would be adapted into a live-action film because they never dealt with humans. They did come across a Homo sapiens ancestor who belonged to another species.
You won’t be seeing explosions spams on this film as it is not directed by Michael Bay. It is directed by Steven Caple Jr. The cast that plays the Maximals,Autobots and predators are big name stars! Ron Perlman Plays Optimus Primal, A Gorilla Maximal and he meets his modern descendant Optimus Prime. Peter Cullen reprises the role of Optimus Prime. The other voice actors are Michelle Yeoh,Pete Davidson,Peter Dinklage,Liza Koshy and John DiMaggio.
