A killer, who is an Olympic Class Marksman, attacked a New Year’s party on a rooftop. The killer’s aim is deadly, and they can hide their tracks well. The body count is overwhelmingly high, and what the killer has is more dangerous than that of a serial killer. They have a mass killer on the loose.
A Mass killer is waiting for their next attack, and this predator doesn’t discriminate when it comes to victims, with no age,creed, gender, or race exempted. This sick person finds relief in shooting people off like they are a bunch of NPCs.
The FBI chief, (Ben Mendelsohn), asked Eleanor, a rookie cop, to help profile a disturbed individual. Eleanor(Shailene Woodley) analyzed the evidence to develop a suspect profile.
Together, the FBI and police collaborated to track down the dangerous individual. Despite launching a nationwide pursuit, the culprit repeatedly foiled the authorities with Extraordinary behavior. However, Eleanor may be the only one who can understand the perpetrator’s psyche and bring them to justice because of her unique insight. As a result, Eleanor’s mental turmoil becomes an asset in solving the case.
