We’re just days away from the release of CD Project Red’s Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales. In accordance, we just got a new trailer from the studio showing off never-before-seen locations and characters, as well as game mechanics and battles.
CD Projekt Red wants you to know Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales is due out later this month for PC (via GOG.com), and to spread that knowledge, they’ve published a 37-minute video taking you through the game’s entire first act. The gameplay is narrated by Pauel Burza, community manager at CDPR.

To give it “The Power Of X”. Well, CD Projekt Red has now joined that list, as they’ve released a patch for the Witcher 3 on Xbox One X.
The Witcher 3 studio CD Projekt Red have revealed that players won’t be able to transfer their save games from the vanilla version of the game into the new Game of the Year edition that is set to launch later this month.
A new mode is coming to Rocket League next week, called the “Hoops Update”, it’ll add a new Basketball Mode to the game. One fully backed by the NBA.
The developers behind The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt have thanked fans for downloading and playing their free DLC offerings for the game and expressed hope that the practice will become an industry standard in the future. Speaking in a post on their official site, CD Projekt Red developer Marcin Iwinski explained that releasing additional content for free after launch was seen as a way to repay fans for buying the game and staying engaged with the franchise.
For some video game companies, a good achievement is to reach one million copies sold in a month, if not quicker. For CD Projekt Red and their title The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, they did four times that number in half the time. In a statement today, team member Marcin Iwinski told of how the game sold the number in two weeks and wanted to ensure that the expansions (that will soon come) reflect the support they’ve gotten for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

Today, CD Projekt RED revealed that The Witcher 2 for Xbox 360 will be delayed until the first quarter of next year. Part of the reason is that they wanted to improve more on the game and make it more then just a simple port. Another issue is the legal debate with Namco Bandai Partners concerning distribution of the Xbox 360 version of the game in Western Europe, Asia-Pacific, as well as Central and South America.
Flying Wild Hog announced its debut game, the dark sci-fi first-person shooter, Hard Reset. The PC-exclusive title transports players to a haunting, dystopian future, with humanity on the verge of extinction, confined to its last standing city and under constant threat from the robotic hordes that aim to annihilate mankind. Hard Reset is scheduled for release in September 2011.
