Kim Swift, the woman who led development on the highly acclaimed Portal, has joined EA’s Motive studio in Montreal, taking up a new role as a design director. She will worker under Jade Raymond and be part of the collaboration between Motive and Visceral Games, working on the Star Wars project that is headed by Amy Hennig.
Dead Space 3 Executive Producer Steve Papoutsis takes us on a little trip through a Necromorph filled gameplay demo. The video shows off some new enemies and dismemberment effects, and it’s pretty cool. Still have a lot of reservations about Dead Space looking more like Lost Planet than…you know, Dead Space.
