Loreen makes history as the second two time winner of Eurovision
Loreen just made her country tie with Ireland with the 7th most wins. Ireland needs to win again in the future if they want their world record back. She also breaks barriers as she is the first woman to become a two-time winner in The Eurovision Song Contest. As the winning country, Sweden will be hosting Eurovision next year. Ukraine won last year with the song “Stefania” but the United Kingdom, the runner-up last year volunteered to host in place of Ukraine. It is not an easy win for Loreen because Käärijä’s “Cha Cha Cha” was the favorite. Though the live crowd did cheer Loreen in her performances. Fans are more supportive of the Finnish Entry that they are chanting “Cha Cha cha” when no one is performing. She garnered 372 points from televotes when she first won. It made her one of the most
