Microsoft apologizes PC footage of The Witcher 3 in Xbox One Trailer
Microsoft has issued an apology after it used PC footage of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in a trailer advertising the game on the Xbox One. The error was noticed when fans realized that the trailer showed footage of the game running at 60 frames per second and at a resolution of 1080p, something that the Xbox One version cannot do. Only the PC edition of the game is capable at running at that performance. The PlayStation 4 version will have a resolution of 1080p but its framerate is limited to just 30fps.
