DC Comics: The Terrifics Coming Via Dark Nights: Metal
Scott Snyder made clear when he announced Dark Nights: Metal that the universe would be growing in major ways. And one of them would be through the arrival of heroes and villains that’ll get books via the Metal line. And now, via the Dark Nights: Metal panel at SDCC, we know that one of them is called The Terrifics. Who are The Terrifics? Well, they’re a team comprised of Mr. Terrific, Plastic Man, Metamorpho, and Phantom Girl. Mr. Terrific is one of the few DC Comics characters that knows about what’s going on, and has been helping Batman try to figure it all out, and Plastic Man has been teased as being a part of this via a capsule that’s within the Batcave. How Metamorpho and Phantom Girl factor into this is unknown, but it’s going to be interesting to see what the purpose and role of this team is when it launches.
